Steamed Scallops The Way To Go (2007-06-04)
That steamed clam dish I made didn't come out 100% awesome cos the clams were a bit tough and I wanted to make it again using scallops. KL went to the fish market as usual after his hair cut and brought home two huge ass scallops for the dish.
I used the same cooking method and this time the dish was 100% awesome.
