Homemade Pork Jerky (2007-08-01)
This picture's taken with the seasonings (except the sugar which I added afterwards) on the ground pork
Stirred for 10 minutes
Flattening out the pork on parchment paper

This sheet is a tad thick, so I set it to bake for 18 minutes
Two more sheets ready for baking
It (left) shrank a fair bit after the initial baking
I finished it off on the grill
I kept the vent half closed when grilling
Final touches: browning over charcoal
The finished jerky looks exactly like the store bought one
