A Nameless Coffee Shop (2007-07-31)
I was going through the photos in my camera and saw the ones you see today which I've totally forgotten about. This is a coffee shop in Shinjuku () that opens fairly late (till 10:45 pm I think) at which KL's friends and we had coffee after our dinner together. What sort of menu the coffee shop has to offer is not important, we just needed a place to chill and spend our last coupla hours together before they flew back to Hong Kong the next day.The cafe is bright and inviting from the outside and was the only
place open in the area so we marched right in without another
thought. We picked our own table as far away from smoking
customers as possible, but it was a pretty futile move as just about
everyone around us was smoking.
The menu is simple with mostly coffees, tea and some light snacks at
a steeper price than usual which is not unexpected in a place like that
in
Shinjuku. We didn't leave till close to the closing time after a
good relaxing chat over coffee (and lemon squash for me). Thank you
R for the treat.
