Laksa Plus Curry Chicken Equals Yum To The Power Of A Thousand (2007-09-21)
Ready to cook curry! (I threw in the tomato only because I had half a tomato leftover from lunch)
First I needed to brown the drummets which had been marinated with salt and curry powder
Browned wings
Then I had to stirfry all the veggies for a few minutes
Next went in the Laksa mix, more curry powder, tumeric and salt
I had to switch it to a pot 'cause the wok's not big enough. Water and all the watery juice from the can of coconut cream went in the pot and simmered for 90 minutes
The thick coconut cream was added to the curry just before serving
Ready to serve!
I ended up with enough servings for 4 and 500ml of sauce
