These zongzi (160-180gm pre-cooked) only take 25 minutes to cook in the pressure cooker
Yummy zongzi
Fully cooked, perhaps even just a tad overcooked. The mung beans are sort of too mushy
Oxtail stew—50 minutes
Chicken curry
I cooked it for too long—25 minutes-- and the chicken turned to mush!
Steamed pork spare ribs in black bean sauce, 20 minutes. I used to steam them for an hour in the old pot
Served with a sprinkling of chopped scallions
Makes stock in 30 minutes
