Entree: Pan Roasted Skate with Apricot Mustard Sauce over Wilted Spinach and Basil
Dessert: Marco's yummy Chocolate creme thing with crunchy toppings ( I forgot to jot down the names of his dishes)
Our dessert: Apple Fennel Galette with Maple Sarsparilla and Apple Cider Sorbet. It's totally delicious! The pastry was shattery flaky, a hundred times more shattery and thinner than your average puff pastry
