Taiwan Peanut Candies (2017-02-10)
Peanuts is used in so many snacks, dessert, sweet and savory dishes in Taiwan.
"Gong candies" is our favorite peanut candies. They are light, crumbly, flaky and slightly sweet, such a joy to eat.
