Ready to make onsen tamago
500 ml of water and the eggs go in
Choose the correct program and press start (25 min is already set into the machine)
The clock begins to count down once cooking starts
It beeps when it's done
The whites are set correctly
The yolks are just a tad undercooked, I think it's because I used very large eggs. Next time I shall try smaller eggs
Some solid bits of yolks can be found
Onsen tamago is the perfect match for (boiled or fried) potatoes
