Roasted Potatoes (2008-10-10)
Boil potatoes over medium high heat for 20 minutes
They cool down and dry up a bit after 10 minutes
Crumbling each with a spoon
into smaller chunks
Toss in tomatoes and seasonings and mix
Dump them onto a baking tray and scatter rosemary around
Out of the oven
UBER CRUNCHY outside and fluffy inside
I served BBQ wings with it
I also roasted the taters with thyme once
