Asparagus Appetizer (2008-10-25)
These asparagus were very fat and sweet
I had to trim off nearly an inch to fit them into the pan. With this thickness, I blanched them for 2 minutes 15 seconds
Voila!
This batch of asparagus were so long that I had to cut them into half to fit in the pan
Seriously delicious
I once made this dish with white asparagus and white wine vinegar (cause I ran out of balsamic)
Breaking the yolk
to mix it with the vinegar and asparagus, yummy!
