Braised Chicken In Red Wine (2008-10-29)
Season the chicken pieces with pepper and salt
Ingredients for the sauce
I usually cut the tomatoes directly in the can
Browning the chicken
Discard all but a teaspoon of oil
to fry the other ingredients
Wine is added to deglaze the pan
Canned tomatoes and seasonings are added
Final product. I served it with fusilli and KL likes to eat it with grated Parmesan
