How can you not order braised goose in a restaurant that serves Chao Shu cuisine?
The breast was disappointingly tough but the dark meat underneath was tender
Dim sum
Excellent shrimp dumplings
Steamed pork buns were very good
Beef balls tasted the same as Hong Kong's but lacked juiciness
Steamed charsui rice rolls were the best we had in Taipei (not greasy, not chewy, not floury)
