Fried tofu skin rolls with shrimp and yellow leeks, just fabulous. One of the best dimsum dishes I ever ate
The yumcha restaurant we went to has an "Outstanding Award" given by the Health Dept of Taipei nine months ago

Very very delicious Hakka Salt Cooked Chicken, the meat was moist and the skin crunchy, and the chicken was seasoned perfectly
