A normal looking fish
Flour's sprinkled on top just before frying
It hits the wok
Half the head's disintegrated after turning
The fried fish is removed from the wok
Then chopped garlic and jalopeno are fried
The fish is returned to the wok, tossed with the garlic, and splashed with cooking wine and spiced salt
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the finished dish: Salt and Pepper fish with a bashed head
