Eating Seafood In Sai Kung (2007-02-22)

Seafood Street arch

Restaurant front

Cheung Kee has well stocked tanks

A staff helps customers pick their seafood of choice

Might as well get one more shot

An alien-looking marine creature, apparently edible. Whoa

This dog belongs to the lady who helped us at the tanks

A tankful of Peeing Prawns

This one's destined for our stomachs

You get a number to bring to the table after you pick the seafood from the tanks

View from our table

Every table was given roasted peanuts, pickled garlic and sauces whether you want them or not, and they were all charged for a fee

Poached prawns. Very sweet and firm meat

Steamed scallops with garlic (too much) and rice vermicelli

Closeup

The scallop's small (this is half of it)

Salt & Pepper Peeing Prawn which didn't taste like Salt & Pepper style whatsoever

Very little meat

Aftermath

Razor clams with black bean sauce

"Complimentary" fruit at the end of the meal. They were very sweet
