Sprouting Adzuki Beans (2008-07-29)
Adzuki beans (red beans) are as easy to sprout as mung beans. Same process and they are ready to be harvested in about 5 days. Eaten raw, they have a strong nutty flavor, but I prefer them cooked when they have a milder taste and softer texture.
