Sprouting Adzuki Beans (2008-07-29)

After just a day and a half

I didn't let them grow any more

Used them in a stirfry dish with whatever I could find in the fridge that day (Salmon XO sauce as the main seasoning)

and also these sauces. The amount isn't crucial, all to taste

Pretty tasty over rice

I use this colander set which I bought in a 100-Yen shop eight years ago to sprout the red beans
