Natural Rice Paper (2008-09-27)

I can't tell if the new rice cooker makes rice tastier, but it does do something that the old rice cooker couldn't, that is to form a crispy sheet of rice in the pot.  When freshly cooked rice is emptied out, a tissue-paper thin sheet of wafer will soon form inside the seemingly clean 5mm thick pot. 

The rice paper is bland but I always eat it after I finish eating the rice, capping a meal with a crunchy end.
