Pervert Warning (2006-06-02)
There are often signs on trains and platforms that warn women of perverts (Chikan). These lowlives lurk in trains and make lewd passes at women, usually highschool students in uniforms. These sick men like to touch women's breast or feel up their legs and buttocks on crowded trains.
Recently I saw a sign at the crossing outside Seibu Shinjuku (
) Station
which alerts pedestrians that Chikan lurk around the area too. It
is unsettling to know that perhaps perverts have expanded their area of
perpetration. All girls should have a mandatory class in school
in which they learn how to kick the balls of any Chikan so far up that
they come out of their ears.
