Light Dinner (2007-08-06)
When KL goes on a day-only business trip, he usually doesn't get home till 9 pm. A light dinner is therefore preferable so he doesn't get that stuffed feeling so close to bedtime. I made us a simple congee with dried scallops and a few prawns served with a trio of small accompaniments on such a night. Simple as the food may be, it makes for a yummy meal.
