My New Sandals (2007-09-01)
I'm such a dunce! I've had this pair of sandals for nearly three years now and I've been wearing them wrong for nearly three years! You see, the sandals have a pair of straps in the middle which I always thought was just some design and decorative thing. And then I was browsing shoes on Rakuten (huge Japanese online shopping site) because I was looking for some dressier flat-heel sandals but came across some casual sandals similar to mine. This pair I saw had a foot model in the picture and she slipped her foot BETWEEN the two straps resulting in the back strap cupping her heel. So I've been wearing mine like slippers instead of sandals, stupid me!
I didn't find that perfect pair of dressy sandals I wanted (actually
I did but they only have Small size left) but I did end up getting a
pair of flat sandals to replace the old ones whose hard sole and 1.5
inch heel is still too much for my lower back if I wear them for long
walking.
I usually wear size 24 or 24.5 shoes but since the new pair comes in
S, M and L, choosing the right size is simple because Large always fits
my feet well. I got this one just two days after KL transferred
the money, yay! I hope its soft, light, flexible sole and half
inch heel
won't give me back pain.
