Just because Marunouchi (
) is an expensive area doesn't
mean all the restaurants are expensive too, some are very
reasonably priced. Papaya Leaf is one of them.Papaya Leaf is a fusion kind of a restaurant serving mostly Thai and
Vietnamese cuisine. The food is probably not authentic but it's a
nice break from all the western style restaurants that seem to dominate
the area.
