Paul Lafayet (2011-11-16)
Possibly the hottest patisserie in town is French import Paul Lafayet, located on the ground floor of K-11 in Tsim Sha Tsui. All single-serving cakes are sold at HK$40 per piece/US$5.
We took a shopping break by having two kinds of chocolate
cakes. My dense, bitter and intensely chocolatey cake was
exceptional while KL enjoyed his Sponge Cake too.
