Chocolate Taste Test (2012-07-03)

We did a taste test of five kinds of bitter chocolate.

Test subjects in order:

1. Poulain ligne Noir 70%
   
2. Lindt Excellence 85%
3. Ghirardelli Intense Dark 60%
4. Godiva 72%
5. Mary's Bitter Chocolate

My conclusion in order of preference: 5, 4,3,1,2

KL's conclusion in order of preference:1,4,3,5,2

Mary's is almost half the price of Godiva and Ghirardelli but has the best taste for me (silky, no sour aftertaste and not too bitter).  This is what I'll be buying from now on.
