Meiji Ice Cream (2006-09-15)
Meiji, the snack company, has a line of ice cream in single-serve tubs in various flavors. We have tried plain chocolate, chocolate with bitter chocolate cookies, and rock melon. The chocolate with cookies is absolutely delicious. We just can't stop eating it!
The supermarket near our station has it on sale perpetually for just
80 Yen/ $.75 a tub. It tastes a million times better than other
expensive brands which charge three to four times as much. What a
fine little gem we've found for an inexpensive but hugely satisfying
treat in these hot
summer days.
