Daifoo Found Himself An "Exercise Mat" (2007-06-21)
I had put our heater into a large plastic bag ready for storage in April but had to take it out due to some unexpected chilly nights. So the heater went back to our bedroom and I just left the bag lying around in the tatami room when Daifoo discovered it one day and has been using it as his "exercise mat" ever since.
Almost daily, he plays with it, attacks it, leaps into it as in an
ambush, drags it around and then plonks on it to take a nap wherever it
ends up although suspiciously often in a sunny spot. He
never ceases to amaze me, even
at the ripe old age of 15, soon to be 16.
