Gouter de Rio (2009-08-25)
I'm not even sure Gouter de Roi is the brand name or not cause there're too many French words on the packet, hahaha. But I do know their crispy toasty snack has been all the rage for awhile, sometimes drawing long lines of buyers at their stores such as the one in Tobu Department Store in Ikebukuro (
). The batch of brownie I made for our new neighbor netted us a return
gift of some Gouter de Roi and a quarter of a very sweet
watermelon. SCORE!! I asked KL how the snack was, he gave
the usual reply, "Good"....
