Tai Hing (2012-04-14)
Our trip in Hong Kong was drawing to an end and we still hadn't had Chinese BBQ! This night seemed like a good one to eat it.
There are a gazillion great BBQ restaurants in Hong Kong, but we
just wanted one close so we walked over to Tsim Sha Tsui East again.
The seating in Tai Hing is a lot better than traditional BBQ
restaurants in that you get your own table, no need to share with
strangers! The sets are inexpensive and the staff were very
friendly.
Besides the roast pork being a tad tough (but the skin still crackly
crunchy), I found no fault in their food. But what do I
know? When it comes to Chinese BBQ, my standard is not high.
