Soup Restaurant (2015-01-06)
This is another restaurant that KL ate with colleagues on his last business trip. It's not that we planned on eating there but we couldn't find the one we were looking for at Suntec City, so we thought what the heck, Soup Restaurant it is.
Their signature dish would be Samsui Ginger Chicken, served deboned
in a circular pattern around a dish of ginger dipping sauce. It's
actually just a glorified version of Hainan chicken, haha! They
are also famous for their soup served in a mini Chinese style clay soup
pot but we FORGOT to order any soup, darnit!
