Soft Bready Pizza (2008-04-22)
Right out of the breadmaker (after first rising)
The dough's divided into four pieces
Mine has shredded blended mozarella while KL's has gorgonzola
Fresh out of the oven
Puffy and light
Very soft and bready
Burnt the second batch because I put the tray on the top shelf instead of the middle
Still edible without the black bits
