New non-stick bread tin
The first loaf I made was from the recipe it came with although I made some changes to it (Flour 300gm, yeast 6 gm, sugar 15 gm, water 210gm, salt 5 gm, butter 10 gm)
My Zojirushi breadmaker did all the work as usual
The dough is divided into three balls and let rested for 20 minutes
Then each is rolled into a cigar and let rested for 10 minutes
then flattened a bit and rolled again
into a fat blanket
before going into the tin
I accidentally let it rise too much! Arrgggghhhh...
So the first loaf came out like this
Although the entire loaf has only 10gm of butter (a tablespoon), it's still very soft even on the following day
I was careful not to let the second loaf over rise and it came out with corners, yes!
Mini-sized appliances are more suitable for our itsy bitsy kitchen
Comes with a mini and a small sized mills
The tops of the blender and mill have openings
Makes two servings at a time I suppose
Bought a glass oil sprayer to replace the old plastic one
Just a large storage box
A pair of hanger thing
Before using the new hangers
After
Got a ring to fit over the stove for the coffee pot to sit on
so it won't tip over like it did before
Not the color I wanted, but the only color left of my size
