Ingredients for the crab sauce over spinach

Panfrying the mushrooms

followed by the spinach

set aside on the serving plate

Stock and crab meat

Thickening the sauce with cornstarch slurry

Done, and yum!

Ingredients for the crabs with rice vermicelli

Frying the aromatics and crabs

Hot bean paste is added

Vermicelli and seasonings go in

Garnish with chopped green onions before taking the whole pot to the table

Very meaty chunks, delicious!
