Our Room In Hyatt (2010-01-06)
The confirmation e-mail Hyatt sent us in Tokyo led us to believe that Wi Fi was included in the room but we were told at the reception that it's not. KL bitched about the misleading description and the manager immediately came out of his office and apologized profusely to us. There's really nothing he could do about it as the Wi-Fi is operated by an independent provider.To compensate us (although we didn't suffer in any way), the manager
quickly upgraded us to a harbor view room on a high floor with welcome
fruit! When the elevator opened to our floor, a suited
staff was already waiting by it to greet us and led us to our
room. He briefly and politely explained the room before showing
himself out. Two minutes later, another staff arrived with a
plate of fruit.
