KFC (2006-04-19)
KFC has special chicken on their menu from April 13th: Cajun Hot Chicken.
KL and I just love cajun food, so we went to get a piece each for a
3-o'clock snack. We got a thigh and a leg, and they were very
juicy. The batter on the skin was crispy and spicy, with a
somewhat cajunny flavor.
I should go get more before they are off the menu.
