I Won (2007-03-21)
The postman came to the door one day and asked me to sign for a registered mail. I was puzzled. Who would send me stuff that required secure post? I took a glance at the envelope and saw that it was from the company who makes Daifoo's cat food. A light went off in my mind immediately and I was excited.
You see, I sent off two entry forms for a contest held by that
company months ago which I had completely forgotten. Is it
possible? Did I? I tore off the envelope and discovered it
is and I did! It wasn't something humongous like a car or a trip
or anything like that. The top prize was 3000Yen (US$25) and I
won that! I hardly ever win much in my life and now the
stamps and this within
a month?
They (who are "they"??) say bad things come in three, do good things too?
