Fries And Burger (2007-09-24)
I spent so much time trying to make the perfect burger and you know what? It's so easily and completely upstaged by the humble spuds. The crispy-on-the-outside and fluffy-in-the-inside fries were the star of the meal. The burger became merely a stomach filler.
Update on the Sydney travelogue:
My computer died a week before we left for Sydney (Sep 7). It came back to life for a bit when we returned, crashed a few times and is now completely gone. Meanwhile I have been using KL's Mac and the writing and sorting of the pictures seem to be going slower than usual. KL's been busy fixing the crappy computer, but looks like he has to buy a new one or buy parts to build a new one, depending on which is more economical. Anyway, hopefully I can start posting the Sydney trip soon.
