Hong Kong Sausages (2008-12-22)
My friend regifted me a pack of Hong Kong style dried sausages, thank you so much!
They are made in Taiwan but taste 99% like the ones sold in Hong
Kong, yummmmmmm. KL isn't too crazy about them as he said they're
too fatty. I usually steam them over rice and get ourselves a
pretty simple but delicious meal.
I also used a couple to make daikon "cake" to give to my friend which she loves. Giving me these sausages has become a win-win situation for both of us!
