Smoked Ribs And Chook (2009-09-19)

I didn't use enough wood chips in the homemade bacon, this time I made sure I used a lot in the ribs and chicken.  And of course I used TOO MUCH!!!  The ribs tasted like car tires for some reason!!  I smothered them with my bbq sauce and they were ok.

Too much of a good thing equals NOT GOOD.
