Deliziefollie Gelato (2010-07-09)

Deliziefollie, the award-winning gelato shop, is a direct import from Italy.  Right now it has four branches, all in trendy locations: Shibuya (kanji), Jiyugaoka, Daikanyama (kanji) and Ebisu.

Their gelato is made from the highest quality milk and is kept for no more than 72 hours; any unsold gelato is thrown out to ensure freshness.  Also, the recipe for making the gelato varies according to the region's humidity and temperature.  Does it mean the gelato I get from Shibuya will taste different from the gelato from Ebisu??  Har.

Anyway, KL really liked the three flavors he got: banana, peach and pistachio, and he really really liked pistachio in particular.  (There's a surcharge of 250 Yen/US$2.7 for pistachio gelato)  For my choice of chocolate, espresso and raspberry, the espresso was deeply aromatic which was the one I liked the most.
