Dessert Time (2012-04-17)
We went to three dessert places on this trip, let's review:
Hui Lau Shan: It
used to be heavenly eating their sweet mango-themed dessert, now it's
hellish! The mango was VERY VERY SOUR and the texture of the
coconut ice-cream and chewy balls were all wrong. Very
disappointed.
Honeymoon Dessert: Same as previous visits, no disappointment, but no great pleasant surprise either.
Five Generations (details of the shop here): Tried their "noodle" dessert which had hardly any coconut flavor as stated on the menu, but the mango sauce was good.
