You have gotta give credit to the Japanese for coming up with something so hilarious: Constipation-free Day (Benbinashinohi).
Yep, this country celebrates a day without constipation today.
The government wants to bring awareness to its people about bowel
health. Ward councils send flyers to household educating us on
constipation prevention measures.
I guess it is all good to get people to eat more fiber in their
diet, drink adequate fluids, and exercise to combat the dreaded
constipation problem; but to devote a day for this? Man, that's
weird.
