Maison Kayser (2010-05-06)leaf-shaped one from Peck and my favorite raisin bread is from Kobeya. Now I can add a third bread on my list.
The tomato bread, Torsade Tomate, from Maison Kayser is just so
delicious! The sweet yet tart sundried tomatoes together with
dried basil shrewn generously throughout the bread is so very yummy
(and I don't have another word for it).
Same as the leaf-shaped bread and the raisin bread, I always heat
the tomato bread nice and slowly under the broiler till the outside is
all crunchy and crispy. It makes the bread a bajillion times more
delicious to eat.
